These terms and conditions outline the rules for using the Fourth Soil Farm website, located at https://www.fourthsoil.farm/, and for ordering microgreens from us — whether as a one-time order, a recurring subscription, or a wholesale/restaurant account.
By using this website or placing an order with us, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site or place an order — and feel free to reach out with any questions first.
Orders, Delivery & Cancellation
We grow microgreens to order and deliver to the Ann Arbor, Michigan area, with pickup also available at the Ann Arbor Farmers Market. Subscription orders are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe and can be paused or cancelled at any time — changes take effect on your next scheduled delivery.
Because microgreens are a fresh, perishable product harvested specifically for your order, we’re not able to offer refunds once a delivery has been made in good condition. That said, if something arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right.
Food Safety & Allergies
We recommend rinsing all microgreens before eating, same as you would any fresh produce. If you have food allergies or sensitivities, please review the variety descriptions on our Products page and reach out with any questions before ordering.
Information on this website about the health benefits of microgreens is provided for general educational purposes only and is not intended as medical advice. It is not meant to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Please consult a healthcare provider with any questions about your specific health needs.
SMS/Text Messaging Consent
